Work Model: Hybrid 3 Days Office & 2 Days Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US staffing. The ideal candidate is proactive, understands the urgency of client needs, and is hands-on with JobDiva. Strong command over W2 hiring is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US clients sourcing, screening, submitting, coordinating interviews, and closing
• Work extensively on JobDiva ATS for candidate management and job submissions
• Identify top IT talent through job portals, databases, social networks, and referrals
• Strong understanding of US employment types (W2 Mandatory, 1099, C2C, Corp-to-Corp)
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for long-term engagement
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations and SLA targets
• Work closely with the Account Management team to convert priority requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Staffing
• Mandatory expertise with JobDiva ATS
• Excellent understanding of W2 hiring
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
• Proven track record of closures in a fast-paced environment
