Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML Engineers, Backend/Frontend Devs, and Data Scientists
• Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, and direct sourcing.
• Build talent pipelines and close top-tier technical talent
• Partner directly with founders on hiring strategy and team building
• Shape our culture and recruiting processes from the ground up

What You Bring

• Experience: 4 -6 years in end-to-end hiring, preferably in startups or fast-scaling tech companies.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to assess engineering talent
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
