About the Role



We are looking for Technical Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Experience in IT recruitments. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a foundational role in scaling a new region.



Responsibilities



  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for ASIC/VLSI/Semiconductor roles including Design, Verification, SOC CUPSS, Physical Design, DFT, RTL, FPGA, STA and other engineering positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and translate hiring plans into structured interview processes.
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and niche semiconductor communities.
  • Screen and evaluate technical talent for relevant skills, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, proactively map the Bengaluru semiconductor talent market, and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain pipeline hygiene, and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress and performance.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends while partnering cross-functionally with People, Finance, and Operations to improve hiring processes and support employer branding in India.
  • Salary Negotiation, Reference checks and On-boarding candidates.


Qualifications



  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring technical talent (Engineering, Product, and/or Design).
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on semiconductor/ASIC hiring.


Required Skills



  • Strong understanding of ASIC design flow, chip development lifecycle, and niche skill sets (RTL, Verification, DFT, PD, STA, SOC CPUSS, ARM etc.).
  • Proven track record in sourcing and closing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools (ZOHO) and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
