Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (15 years experience) from a recruitment/staffing background only, with hands-on experience in startup and product-based company hiring.

The ideal candidate should understand technology roles, work closely with founders and hiring managers, and manage end-to-end recruitment for startup clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, Data, Product, etc.)
• Work closely with startup founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and database
• Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
• Maintain strong follow-ups and candidate engagement
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
• Meet monthly hiring targets and client SLAs
• Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability

Required Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Technical Recruitment (from staffing/recruitment firm only)
• Proven experience hiring for startup or product-based companies
• Strong understanding of technical roles and tech stacks
• Hands-on experience in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
