Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for recruitment of potential candidates
- Liaise with managers/team leads to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
- Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Responsible for full cycle of recruiting, starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boarding
- Sourcing candidates from various job portals, linkedIn & other databases
- Perform screening calls to analyse applicants abilities
- Maintaining required MIS on submissions, interviews and selects on timely basis
- Responsible for creating and managing the candidate experience at every stage during the recruitment process
PRE-REQUISITES
- Good technical understanding and updated on latest recruitment trends
- Good grasp on recruitment portals and other hiring platforms
- Dynamic & Self-motivated individual
- Passionate towards recruitment
- Works with high code of ethics and integrity
