This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Recruiter, based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for technical roles. They will develop and execute hiring strategies, engage with potential candidates, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing objectives. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and an in-depth understanding of Hiring processes
• Strong expertise in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with candidates and internal teams
• Ability to work in a hybrid work setting, balancing in-office tasks and remote flexibility
• Proven experience in a similar recruitment role within the technology sector
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools is a plus
