Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter Lead who can take ownership not only of individual delivery, but also of recruiter direction, team performance, and daily execution discipline. This role requires a highly experienced professional who understands how to lead recruiters in a fast-paced US staffing environment, drive submission quality, improve conversion ratios, and ensure daily focus remains aligned with business priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of technical recruiters handling US IT requirements across multiple technologies
  • Direct recruiters daily on which job requirements must be prioritized based on urgency, closability, and business value
  • Monitor recruiter productivity, submission count, and submission quality on a daily basis
  • Ensure recruiters submit technically strong, properly validated candidates aligned to requirement expectations
  • Review pipelines, identify delivery gaps, and take corrective action to improve performance
  • Guide recruiters on sourcing strategy, screening depth, candidate positioning, and submission quality standards
  • Ensure consistent recruiter discipline, ownership, and accountability across assigned requirements
  • Work closely with management to improve submission-to-interview and interview-to-closure ratios


Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in US IT Staffing, with proven leadership / team handling experience
  • Strong understanding of technical recruiting across major IT skill sets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead recruiters, improve output, and drive measurable delivery performance
  • Strong decision-making ability in assigning priority requirements to recruiters
  • Deep understanding of candidate screening, rate validation, resume positioning, and recruiter performance tracking
  • Strong communication, leadership presence, and execution mindset
