Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and closing complex IT roles. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in recruiting for technical positions across software development, data engineering, cloud, DevOps, QA, AI/ML, and enterprise platforms.
This role requires a proactive, ownership-driven recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring, partner closely with onshore teams and hiring managers, and consistently deliver high-quality candidates within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Recruit for a wide range of technical roles such as:
- Software Developers (Java, Python, .NET, Frontend/Full Stack)
- Data Engineers / Data Architects
- DevOps / Cloud Engineers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- QA Automation Engineers
- Business Analysts / Scrum Masters
- AI/ML Engineers
- Understand technical job descriptions and break down core vs. secondary skill requirements.
- Conduct technical pre-screening calls to validate candidate experience, depth of knowledge, and communication skills.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
- Ensure candidate experience is positive and professional throughout the hiring process.
- Track and manage candidate pipeline using ATS/CRM systems.
- Meet weekly and monthly submission, interview, and closure targets.
- Maintain compliance with client submission standards and documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably supporting US/Global clients.
- Strong experience hiring for IT and engineering roles across multiple technology stacks.
- Proven ability to understand technical skills and differentiate between strong and weak profiles.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English).
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with offshore recruitment models.
- Prior experience supporting clients in Data Engineering, Cloud, or AI domains.
- Strong understanding of rate negotiations, C2C/W2 models, and compliance requirements.
- Experience mentoring junior recruiters.
- Familiarity with ATS tools like Ceipal and recruitment analytics.
