We are hiring experienced Business Professional Recruiters with strong expertise in the Apparel, Fashion, Retail, and Merchandising industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for corporate, creative, and functional roles within this domain.

Stability and long-term professional commitment are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for business professional roles within apparel, retail, and merchandising functions.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand skill requirements, team dynamics, and business expectations.
• Source high-quality talent using job boards, networking, mapping, and passive search techniques.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates with relevant industry experience.

Skills & Requirements

• 25 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Apparel, Retail, Fashion, or Merchandising hiring.
• Strong understanding of business professional roles in the fashion and apparel ecosystem.
• Someone who has worked on Brand, designing and merchandising roles.
• Must have strong stability and consistent experience in previous roles.
• Comfortable working onsite in Noida during PST shift.
