Job Summary:

We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team onsite in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US IT recruitment, sourcing and hiring top-tier technology talent for our clients across the United States. This position requires working during US Eastern Time hours and offers the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, high-performance recruitment team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices, work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, etc.), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Proficiency with job portals and internal ATS
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work US Eastern Time hours (Night shift)
• Experience working with MSP/VMS clients
• Must be local to Chennai, India
