Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Recruiter focused on Blockchain and Web3.0 at our Noida location. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent. Responsibilities include building talent acquisition strategy and execute your own action plan to ensure closure with a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Role: Senior Technical Recruiter (Blockchain/ Web 3.0)

Mandatory WFO - 5 days at Noida


Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 yrs of progressive experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Minimum 4 yrs of strong Technical Recruiting experience, with understanding of technologies related to blockchain, Web3.0, and software development.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with neutral English, including the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical and engineering roles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
  • Experience in recruitment for a global/ tech-focused company is a plus.


Hiring Process: 3-4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & Senior leaders.
