Senior Technical Program Manager( 6-10yrs experience only)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and manage key initiatives at the R&D. The ideal candidate will take on responsibilities of a technical guidance provider with innovation in mind. , ensuring Agile best practices are followed and program execution is aligned with strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery of complex programs.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage key initiatives across multiple teams.

- Coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

- Monitor program execution and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to Agile teams and Scrum Masters.

- Track and report on program metrics, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing teams and initiatives at the domain level.

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in large organization

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and SAFe framework.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
