Senior Technical Program Manager

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale AI/ML and GenAI initiatives. The ideal consultant will have a strong technical foundation and proven experience driving cross-functional delivery of enterprise AI platforms.

This role requires recent hands-on experience managing AI-driven programs, including LLM integrations, MLOps frameworks, and cloud-based AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise AI/ML programs.
• Manage GenAI/LLM implementations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms).
• Drive roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Data Science, Product, Cloud, and DevOps teams.
• Oversee AI lifecycle: data ingestion, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and scalable AI architecture practices.
• Implement Agile/SAFe methodologies and program governance frameworks.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in technical program management.
• Recent experience leading AI/ML or GenAI-based enterprise programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Proven ability to manage large distributed technical teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, Predictive Analytics, or intelligent automation.
• PMP / SAFe / Agile certifications.
• Background in enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
