Hiring for the role of Senior Technical Program Manager for top mnc client.

Location - Bangalore - Hybrid

JOB DESCRIPTION -

Duties

Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs.

Skills

• Strong Program Management experience, including 5+ years leading complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical key points.
• Proven ability in unearthing and managing risks in the program.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
• Agile training and experience preferred
