Key 2025 milestones include delivering on Payer- to-Payer, ensuring seamless data exchange between payers to improve patient care and reduce administrative burdens, and Prior Authorization, streamlining the prior authorization process to enhance efficiency and reduce delays in patient care. The Product Manager candidate must be able to quickly pick up the work to ensure the team’s compliance with delivery deadlines.

The previous TPM was extensively trained in FHIR Interoperability over an extended period and was also familiar with handling Claims data and CMS Interoperability regulations

Therefore, it is essential for the new hire to already be familiar with the healthcare domain, interoperability UHC/Optum ecosystem to promptly assume responsibilities and begin

Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience
• The ideal candidate will have experience in Healthcare Interoperability projects and CMS compliance-based projects 
• Familiarity with US healthcare domain
• Understanding of Healthcare Interoperability Standards
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations
• Proven excellent Communication skills
