As we expand our digital ecosystem, we are looking for a Senior Technical Presales Consultant to help design, position, and deliver advanced connectivity solutions for our clients.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai or Gurgaon for a Senior Technical Presales Consultant specializing in VSaaS (Video Surveillance as a Service) and WiFi as a Service.
In this role, you will lead technical presales engagements, solution design, and client demonstrations, ensuring our connectivity and digital infrastructure offerings align with client requirements and business objectives.
You will work closely with sales teams, OEM partners, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions built on neutral infrastructure and GPON networks, helping customers deploy scalable and reliable connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage in technical presales consulting and solution design for enterprise clients
* Review and analyze customer RFPs and tenders and prepare comprehensive compliance documentation
* Develop technical proposals and customer presentations tailored to specific project requirements
* Conduct needs assessments to understand client connectivity challenges and technical requirements
* Demonstrate VSaaS and WiFi as a Service solutions to potential customers
* Prepare commercial and technical proposals including OPEX-based solution models
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure OEM solutions integrate seamlessly with GPON-based neutral infrastructure
* Provide technical support during sales cycles and deal closures
* Identify customer pain points related to connectivity and digital infrastructure and propose optimized solutions
* Support business development teams with technical expertise and client engagement
Experience Required
* Minimum 3 years of experience in technical presales, consulting, or solution engineering
* Experience presenting and demonstrating VSaaS and WiFi as a Service solutions
* Strong ability to build business cases for new solution offerings on an OPEX model
* Experience preparing tender responses, RFP reviews, and compliance documentation
* Proven ability to support sales teams in closing enterprise deals
* Strong understanding of network connectivity solutions and digital infrastructure
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
* Certifications in networking technologies, cloud solutions, or digital infrastructure are an advantage
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and design optimized solutions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and client engagement abilities
