Job Description
The Senior Technical Manager Customer Engineering owns the planning, prioritization, and delivery of all customer-specific technical work (RICEW) across RecVue customers.
This role ensures technical quality, consistency, and alignment with the RecVue platform.
- Act as the single owner for all RICEW demand across customers
- Work with CS and customers to clarify scope, priorities, and expectations
- Partner with Engineering on estimation, planning, and delivery
- Ensure solutions adhere to platform standards and architectural principles
- Track progress and communicate status to stakeholders
- Identify recurring patterns to influence product roadmap and platform improvements
- 1015+ years of experience in technical delivery or engineering management
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, and data flows
- Ability to manage competing priorities across customers
- Strong technical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Predictable and transparent RICEW delivery
- Reduced rework and customer dissatisfaction
- Improved alignment between Customer Engineering and Product
