Hiring: Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead Node.js (Backend)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js backend development to join our core engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scalable server-side APIs & components

Work on high-traffic / real-time enterprise applications

Participate in solution design & architecture discussions

Lead a team technically and mentor developers

Work in Agile environment with strong coding standards

Must Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Node.js (Backend)

Expertise in REST APIs / Web Services

Experience with MongoDB / Redis

Real-time systems knowledge (WebSockets / Socket.io)

Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Strong leadership, system design & scalability experience

Good to Have:

AI / NLP / ML / Chatbot exposure

React / Angular / Vue (UI knowledge)

Linux/Unix & Git experience

Experience:

8+ Years (Product Development preferred)
