Senior Technical Lead

Job description:

Windows based, Have an understanding of SEMI-standard reliability metrics. Understand customer requirements, product specifications and product application and how it relates to part/product/process and lead the qualification in support of release. Work cross-functionally to resolve reliability problems that result in excessive field failures, and generating SEMI E10 RAM report. Drive Failure Analysis and Corrective Actions towards successful implementation of solutions using FTA, FMECA, dFMEA, 8D, Fishbone diagram, Fault Tolerance, DOE), Software reliability modeling requirements and defect estimation process, software dynamic analysis, software reliability metrics and bug mountain analysis, software reliability growth testing and analysis, software fault tolerant analysis, software fault detection and retry mechanisms, etc

• To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects.
• To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
• To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
