Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter / Talent Submission Specialist to support job seekers by identifying relevant opportunities and applying to roles on their behalf. This role is ideal for someone who understands the hiring landscape, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and how to position candidates effectively for maximum response and interview success.

The recruiter will act as a career advocate for candidates, managing end-to-end job applications while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Apply to job openings on behalf of candidates across job boards, company career sites, and ATS platforms
  • Identify relevant roles based on candidate skills, experience, location, and career goals
  • Customize resumes and application details to align with specific job requirements
  • Draft and tailor cover letters, application responses, and screening questionnaires
  • Track submitted applications, responses, and follow-ups in an organized system
  • Monitor application statuses and proactively follow up where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with employer and job board application guidelines
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate information and credentials
  • Stay updated on job market trends, hiring practices, and ATS optimization techniques
  • Coordinate with candidates to gather missing information and clarify requirements


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or career services
  • Strong understanding of job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Glassdoor, company portals, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online application workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong written communication and professional presentation skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume applications accurately and efficiently
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting daily or weekly submission targets


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience applying to jobs on behalf of candidates or clients
  • Knowledge of resume optimization and keyword matching for ATS systems
  • Experience supporting candidates in IT, Engineering, Healthcare, or Professional Services roles
  • Background in staffing agencies or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)
  • Experience working with international or remote candidates
