Job Title: Senior Technical Engineer – AIS

Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad

Role Description:

This role is focused on developing AIS (Application Integration Services) solutions with a strong emphasis on integrations from and to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The engineer will be involved in end-to-end solution development, testing, and deployment, with responsibilities across multiple systems and platforms.

What will you do:

Develop AIS solutions with a primary focus on D365 F&O integrations.

Participate in design, development, testing, and support activities for prioritized technical requirements.

Provide hands-on coding and lead assigned deliverables.

Support code management, deployment, and build activities.

Ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align solution design and business needs.

Act as a platform evangelist to promote awareness and understanding across teams.

Ideal experience:

7–14 years of experience as a developer with strong hands-on exposure in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and SQL Server.

Proven experience in integration development using REST/SOAP Web Services.

Experience in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, MS Flow/Power Automate, Logic Apps).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps lifecycle practices.

Strong understanding of SDLC and application lifecycle management.

Experience in API development, version control (e.g., Git), and deployment management.

Exposure to Agile methodologies and enterprise-grade system development.

Good understanding of software quality principles, testing, and risk management.

Experience working in global delivery models with offshore/onshore coordination.

Preferred location: Onshore – Sydney / Offshore.

Success Metrics:

% of AIS-related defects fixed in committed sprint timelines.

% of code delivered and reviewed without rework ≥ 90% acceptance rate.

Timely resolution of integration issues across Dev/Test/Prod environments.

On-time delivery of solution components for key integration projects.

Compliance with CI/CD process checkpoints.
