Senior Technical Engineer / Advisor

We are looking to engage a retired senior technical professional from the plastics industry who has held leadership roles and brings strong relationships with marquee FMCG clients such as HUL, Dabur, ITC, P&G, and similar organizations.

The role is ideal for a veteran who enjoys mentoring teams, solving complex technical challenges, and guiding organizations in scaling operations, improving processes, and winning customer confidence.

• Deep expertise in plastic processing (injection moulding preferred).
• Strong experience in mould development and industrialization.
• Proven track record in new product development (NPD).
• Experience in setting up greenfield/brownfield projects, plant optimization, and technology selection.
• Ability to guide teams on quality systems and global customer expectations.
• Support business development through credibility with large FMCG accounts.
• Mentor technical, production, and toolroom teams.

• Prior exposure to cosmetic / perfume / personal care packaging.
• Worked in senior management or corporate technical roles.
• Strong vendor development and project execution experience.
