Senior Technical Architect

Role Overview

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for end-to-end platform architecture, solution design, and implementation of complex ServiceNow programs. This role requires deep expertise in greenfield implementations, domain-separated environments , and enterprise-scale solutioning, while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across modules and use cases
• Lead solution designing for complex ServiceNow implementations aligned with business and enterprise architecture
• Drive greenfield ServiceNow projects , including initial platform setup, data model design, integrations, and governance frameworks
• Design and implement ServiceNow Domain Separation for multi-tenant and large enterprise environments
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture standards
• Lead technical discovery, design workshops, and architecture discussions with clients
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants
• Design and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party systems
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines
• Review configurations, customizations, and code for quality and scalability
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and technical presentations
• Mentor teams and contribute to architectural standards and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, Asset Management
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Domain Separation
• Strong expertise in solution designing for enterprise-scale implementations
• Demonstrated experience leading greenfield ServiceNow implementations
• Strong scripting experience using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform architecture
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD preferred)
• Experience with Service Portal, Workspaces, and UI Builder
• Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models
• Experience working in global delivery or client-facing environments
