We are looking for Sr Technical Lead for a fast-growing, remote-first eLearning platform to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a team of engineers, contribute across the stack, and drive technical excellence through Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Deployment, and evolutionary design.

You'll collaborate daily with cross-functional team members via pair and mob programming, provide architectural guidance, and play a key role in shaping both the codebase and the engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development efforts across the full stack, contributing to new features, refactoring, and maintaining existing codebases.

Collaborate closely with the team using Extreme Programming (XP) practices including test-driven development (TDD), continuous deployment, and evolutionary design.

Mentor and guide engineers to grow their technical skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and quality.

Act as a technical connector across teams to promote shared ownership and collaborative problem-solving.

Advocate for engineering best practices and help refine development workflows to improve efficiency and quality.

Tech Stack

Frontend/Backend: TypeScript, Node.js, React

Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Docker

Practices: Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Deployment, Pair/Mob Programming

Requirements

Strong experience in full-stack development and leading agile/XP teams.

Comfortable with remote work, pair programming, and collaborative problem solving.

Deep understanding of modern development practices such as TDD, continuous integration/deployment, and agile methodologies.

Strong communicator comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams.

Passionate about mentoring others and fostering a positive engineering culture.
