Job Description:

• We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead who can own delivery end-to-end and lead engineering squads working on applied AI and platform initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a people-management-only position.
• You will be responsible for guiding engineers, staying close to the code when needed, and ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes.

What Youll Do

• Lead a small, senior engineering squad (initially 57 members)
• Own sprint execution, delivery planning, and quality standards
• Translate high-level problems into executable engineering work
• Stay hands-on when needed (code reviews, architecture decisions, troubleshooting)
• Partner closely with Solution Architects on execution feasibility
• Take accountability for deliverynot just guidance

What Were Looking For

• Strong engineering background with hands-on experience
• Prior experience leading engineers or squads
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Ability to own outcomes, not just tasks
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
• Exposure to AI or modern engineering frameworks is a plus (but mindset matters more)
