Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Tech Leadwith deep expertise in AI and Agentic AI architecture, enterprise-scale system design, and team leadership. This role will drive technical strategy and end-to-end solution ownership across AI initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering
• Strong experience in AI and Agentic AI system development
• Experience operationalizing LLM-based systems and vector databases
• Expertise in Python and FastAPI for backend architecture
• Strong frontend proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js
• Deep experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
• Proficiency in Azure cloud services (storage, container hosting, pipelines)
• Strong RDBMS and SQL expertise
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud deployments
• Experience in distributed systems and scalable microservice architectures
• Strong analytical reasoning and system design capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
• Experience mentoring and leading technical teams

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of advanced AI and Agentic AI platforms
• Own end-to-end technical execution: architecture development deployment monitoring
• Design scalable backend systems using Python and FastAPI
• Lead frontend architecture using ReactJS and Next.js
• Drive microservice architecture and Kubernetes-based deployments
• Optimize AI workloads on Azure cloud infrastructure
• Ensure secure, high-performance database integrations
• Establish DevOps best practices and deployment standards
• Present technical strategy to internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor and lead engineering teams
• Collaborate with product leadership on roadmap and innovation strategy
