Roche has established Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE) at Chennai to drive analytics & technology driven solutions by partnering with Roche affiliates across the globe.

The Senior Tech Analyst works closely with stakeholders in the business teams across Roche’s global affiliates and deliver high quality analytics solutions to real-world business problems.  This role involves conceptualizing complex unstructured problems and apply analytical skills to address business questions

Your Opportunity

• Collaborate with US business partners, external and internal teams to understand and define requirements and translate them into system configurations

• Work with data stewards and business owners to ensure that data quality and compliance standards are met

• Leverage Palantir Foundry to develop and maintain data pipelines, integrate disparate data sources, and create a single, unified view of master data

• Use of Palantir Foundry’s data modeling and analytics capabilities to identify patterns, improve data quality, and support decision-making across the organization

• Implement Foundry workflows to automate data management processes and enhance data governance

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and data architects to ensure high levels of data quality by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data issues

• Provide guidance and training to business users, new team members on best practices and the use of Palantir Foundry

• Support data integration projects and ensure smooth data flow between systems

• Develop reports and dashboards in Palantir Foundry to provide insights into master data quality and usage

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management on various initiatives and data quality improvements

Who you are

• You holds Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering or other technical disciplines) and 3 to 6 years of experience in Technical role, with a focus on data management, data governance, data quality, and process improvement preferably in Pharma / Life Science / Biotech domain

• Proven experience using Palantir Foundry for data integration, data modeling, and data analytics

• Knowledge on ETL processes, MDM tools, and data governance frameworks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of US pharmaceutical market and experience with Commercial Sales data would be a plus
