Job Description:

Novo Insurance Broking Services is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance & Taxation to lead regulatory compliance, taxation, and financial governance across the organization. The role is responsible for ensuring adherence to insurance regulations, tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage direct and indirect taxation, filings, audits, and assessments
• Ensure timely statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and tax authorities
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance processes

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory.
• Strong experience in compliance, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Prior exposure to insurance or financial services preferred.
