Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct Tax Compliance

Ensure timely computation and filing of all Income Tax Returns for the Company and its subsidiaries.

Handle Tax Audit Review and Transfer Pricing Audit requirements, coordinating with statutory auditors and consultants.

Ensure compliance with all applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and Filing SFT Returns.

2. Tax Assessments & Litigation

Knowledge and Handling of assessments u/s 143(3), 148, 263 and appeals.

Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate with tax consultants/lawyers for ongoing litigation.

Maintain records and documentation of all assessments and legal proceedings.

Monitor and track status of tax cases, appeals, and ensure closure within timelines.

Experience : 7-8 Years

Education : Graduate and Above (MBA will be added advantage)

Senior Tax Accountant
