Role: Senior Talent Manager (Full Time, On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead a team of artist managers, providing training and guidance to ensure their effective performance.
- Assign KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, offer constructive feedback and developmental support for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the financial operations of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing expenses related to talent management activities.
Talent Onboarding & Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with our talent/Influencer through regular interactions, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing all their concerns promptly.
- Identify and onboard relevant, emerging, and high-potential creators to our roster, with the goal of supporting their career growth and helping them achieve greater success.
- Provide strategic career guidance to our talent, helping them navigate trends and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to refine and enhance creators' personal brands when required.
Brand Partnerships & Negotiations:
- Secure brand partnerships that align with creators career goals and our agencys objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry players, including brands and casting directors.
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms for both creators and the agency.
Requirements:
- Experience of 2-3 years or more in artist / influencer management
- Must have prior experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
