Job Description

Job Title: Senior Recruiter Technology

Job Type: Bangalore( Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as SDET, DevOps, SSE, PSE, Software Engineers (MERN, MEAN, Java, Python, Golang), and more.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening, evaluating both technical and behavioral competencies. Ability to cross-question and assess candidates' alignment with technical requirements and cultural fit.
  • Specialized Role Hiring: Work independently on niche technology roles, using innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to mid and junior recruiters, sharing best practices and enhancing their recruitment capabilities.
  • Negotiation & Engagement: Drive effective negotiation conversations, ensuring candidate expectations are aligned with company offerings while balancing internal stakeholder requirements.
  • ATS & Data Management: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process and manage candidate data efficiently. Stay organized with accurate record-keeping and analytics.
  • Boolean Search Expertise: Proficient in utilizing Boolean search techniques on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and others to source qualified candidates.
  • Vetted Database: Maintaining and expanding a strong database of vetted technology candidates is highly preferred.
  • Creative Sourcing: Think outside the box to implement multi-channel sourcing strategies that include job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and other creative methods.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in technology recruitment, ideally in the product/SaaS space.
  • Proven track record in hiring for technical roles such as software engineers, DevOps, and other niche tech positions.
  • Strong technical and behavioral assessment skills.
  • Experience mentoring and developing mid and junior recruiters.
  • Familiarity with ATS and data-driven recruitment approaches.
  • Expert in Boolean searches on multiple platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and cross-questioning abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong, vetted candidate database is a plus.
