About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Truww, youll manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting smooth onboarding and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and source top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Support HR initiatives, policy implementation, and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and
