Key Responsibilities (HeadhuntingFocused)

• Lead proactive headhunting for critical, niche, and senior roles across functions
• Perform market mapping & talent intelligence to identify high-impact candidates from competitor and adjacent industries
• Engage passive candidates through personalised outreach and long-term relationship building
• Partner with founders and leadership to understand business-critical hiring needs
• Build and maintain a warm talent bench for future leadership and niche roles
• Drive confidential and strategic hires with discretion
• Reduce dependency on job portals by creating strong sourcing ecosystems
• Track sourcing effectiveness, conversion ratios, and hiring velocity

What Makes You a Fit

• 47+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong headhunting exposure
• Proven success in closing passive and hard-to-find profiles
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray searches, and networking
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and storytelling skills
• Strong business acumenyou understand roles beyond JDs
