Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Corporate retail positions,
Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source candidates using various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media (, Instagram), employee referrals, and by organizing walk-in drives and recruitment camps.
Screening & Selection: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate in-person interviews with store/hiring managers.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, efficient, and respectful candidate journey from application to onboarding.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare regular recruitment MIS/reports on key metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our company's values and value proposition to potential candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably within the Retail/ Shared Service Industry
