If you have 34 years of experience in bulk hiring for sales roles and managing end-to-end recruitment, this role will give you the chance to build and scale teams in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru (On-site)

Experience: 34 Years

Compensation: Fixed CTC 7 LPA + Performance Based Incentives

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (full-cycle recruiting) from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive bulk hiring for sales roles, ensuring quick turnaround and quality hiring.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Screen, assess, and conduct structured interviews to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
