URGENT HIRING FOR SR. TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST FOR STAFFING COMPANY
Candidate Specifications:
- Qualification - Graduate or MBA
- Experience - 5-10 Years
- Working Mode - Work from Home
- Prior Experience must have - Manufacturing Hirings (Production, Quality, Store, Logistics, Purchase, PPC, Sales, BD, HR, Accounts, CRE, CS, CA etc..)
- Office Timing - 09:30 am - 6:30 pm (Monday-Friday), Alternate Saturday Off and Sunday is Fixed Off
- Candidate Must have - Own Laptop, Cell Phone

- Salary Budget 20,000 / - 40,000/- (Depend upon Experience, Knowledge and Deliverables) Plus Incentives

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Linkedin), social media, referrals, internal databases, and field recruitment.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for positions such as production operators, technicians, supervisors, quality engineers, maintenance staff, and supply chain roles.
- Conduct field visits for bulk hiring drives when required.
2. Screening & Selection
- Review resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Assess candidates technical skills, experience, stability, and behavioural fit for manufacturing environments.
- Coordinate technical rounds and interviews with client HR teams.
3. Client Coordination & Requirement Management
- Understand job specifications, workforce planning, and hiring priorities from clients.
- Share timely updates, interview schedules, candidate feedback, and recruitment progress reports.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with client HR and functional managers.
4. Recruitment Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, documentation, background checks, and onboarding protocols for manufacturing setups.
- Support mass recruitment, walk-ins, and on-site hiring events.
5. Data & Reporting
- Maintain candidate MIS, recruitment trackers, and weekly/monthly recruitment status reports.
- Track metrics like time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Represent the staffing firm and client brands professionally in all interactions.
- Ensure positive candidate experience from first contact to joining.
