creative and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in hiring exponential talent into our team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment for sales and support roles across India. The role requires strong sourcing capability, stakeholder coordination and the ability to close positions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Hire for sales roles such as Property Investment Advisors, Senior Sales Executives, Team Leads and Managers
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and social media
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Negotiate compensation, issue offers and ensure offer-to-joining conversion
• Handle onboarding and off boarding formalities, including exit documentation
• Maintain recruitment data and track hiring & retention metrics
• Support implementation of HR policies and compliance
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience hiring for sales-heavy roles (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Knowledge of Indian labor practices and HR processes
