Title: Senior TAG specialist - Leadership Hiring

Location: Noida, India



Role Overview

Leadership Hiring TAG specialist will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for Senior Manager and above positions across PAN India markets. This role requires strong stakeholder partnership, deep market understanding, and the ability to manage complex, confidential leadership searches while building sustainable leadership talent pipelines aligned with business strategy.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Executive Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for Senior Manager, Director, and select leadership roles
  • Execute complex and confidential leadership searches across geographies
  • Conduct talent mapping, competitor analysis, and pipeline building for critical roles
  • Ensure high-quality, diverse candidate slates for leadership positions


Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with senior business leaders, HRBPs, and TA leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor on role calibration, talent availability, and hiring strategies
  • Provide insights on compensation trends and market dynamics


Global Recruitment Execution

  • Drive leadership hiring across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with regional TA teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Manage and evaluate external executive search firms and vendors


Process, Data & Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience for senior leaders
  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity outcomes
  • Continuously improve leadership hiring processes and best practices


Team Collaboration & Development

  • Mentor junior recruiters on leadership hiring and stakeholder management
  • Share market intelligence and best practices across the TA function


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 68 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to leadership hiring
  • Proven experience hiring Senior Manager and above roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience working across global or regional hiring mandates
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and business acumen
