Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while delivering a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify talent needs, source and assess candidates, and provide data-driven insights through recruitment metrics. The specialist continuously improves hiring processes, advises stakeholders on best practices, and ensures efficient, high-quality talent acquisition aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & What Youll Need to Succeed
- Lead end-to-end hiring across full-time, contract, campus, and apprenticeship roles; strong with lateral & sales hiring and closing difficult/niche roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, hiring plans, and timelines.
- Drive advanced sourcing using job boards, social media, referrals, X-Ray & Boolean search, and strong network-based sourcing.
- Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates for skill, fit, and culture; manage interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Execute campus hiring strategies and maintain relationships with colleges and vendor partners.
- Manage contract workforce hiring and ensure compliance with policies and SLAs.
- Lead apprenticeship hiring, onboarding, engagement, and compliance reporting.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and future needs.
- Track and report hiring metrics; create dashboards and insights for data-driven decisions.
- Enhance recruitment processes, stay updated with industry trends, and ensure a strong employer brand and candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates for various roles in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience in utilizing recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
