Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop job postings, and source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:

• Proactively source potential candidates using online databases, social media platforms, and networking events.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Relationship Management:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Maintain a strong relationship with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Strategy and Optimization:

• Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives and referral programs.
• Analyze hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure efficient and effective hiring.

Interviewing and Selection:

• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Participate in panel interviews and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
