About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across technical, and Next Gen hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in sourcing strategies, and a proven track record of closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Lead hiring for Next Gen skills such as Data Engineering, Data Science, GenAI, Cloud, Product, and emerging technology roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and future skill requirements.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, vendor partners, etc.).
  • Conduct initial screening, competency-based interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Drive campus hiring, early career programs, and strategic talent mapping initiatives.
  • Ensure quality hiring by maintaining strong resume-to-interview and offer-to-join ratios.
  • Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer conversion ratio, pipeline health).
  • Maintain ATS discipline and ensure recruitment data accuracy.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and support team hiring targets.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 48 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT / Emerging Tech hiring).
  • Proven experience hiring for Next Gen / emerging technology roles.
  • Strong sourcing expertise with advanced Boolean search skills.
  • Experience handling mid-level to senior-level mandates.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closure skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-growing or startup environment is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to campus hiring, tech communities, or hackathon-based hiring preferred.
