JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee our full-cycle recruitment. The role/responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs.
Excellent written & Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Skills
Must know about hiring for contractual and permanent roles
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social networks)
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
Evaluating and refining sourcing and selection procedures
Good team-management abilities
Ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
Drive innovation in candidate attraction and process across multiple divisions and geographies
Experience & Exposure of Leadership Hiring
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates
Proactively identify and address hiring needs
End-to-end Talent Acquisition for critical positions (Using LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, Naukri, and Agencies)
Shortlisting, Task/Activities, final Interview, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
For leadership roles, a manpower plan (across levels), aligned with the business growth plan.
Designed Job profile, job specification, and poaching strategy for leadership roles
Designed KRA and variable pay structure along with disbursal structure for the leadership team.
Tie-ups with vendors and freelancers for hiring through external stakeholders.
Supervising and mentoring the TA process for the reporting team.
Supervising and designing promotion strategy for digital media platforms.
CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS: -
Any Bachelor's /masters degree preferred (MBA) in HR with minimum 5+ years in the ITES industry managing TA Function & managing mid-level and senior-level hiring.
Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team-management abilities.
