Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition professional who has managed bulk hiring within a corporate setup. This role will be responsible for delivering large hiring mandates across business, operations, sales, customer experience, and support functions while ensuring quality, speed, and strong stakeholder alignment.
This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role within the internal HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for bulk/volume hiring mandates
- Partner directly with Business Heads and Hiring Managers for workforce planning and forecasting
- Execute hiring plans aligned to monthly and quarterly targets
- Drive structured sourcing through job portals, internal database, employee referrals, social platforms, and campus connects
- Conduct structured screening and competency-based evaluations
- Ensure fast interview coordination and reduced turnaround time (TAT)
- Maintain strong candidate experience and engagement throughout the hiring journey
- Track recruitment metrics and present hiring dashboards to leadership
- Manage offer discussions, negotiation, and pre-joining engagement
- Ensure seamless handover to HR Operations for onboarding
- Continuously improve hiring processes and bring efficiency in bulk recruitment strategy

Eligibility & Experience
- 38 years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience managing bulk/volume hiring in a corporate environment
- Experience in fintech, NBFC, sales, BPO, operations, or high-growth startups preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering exposure
- Experience working with recruitment dashboards and MIS reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ATS tools
