Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at SimCorp, at the IC4 grade, is responsible for leading recruitment efforts for mid- to senior-level positions, ensuring that high-quality talent is identified, recruited, and hired across the organization. With typically 4 - 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, this role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner ensures a seamless candidate experience, from initial engagement through to onboarding, while maintaining alignment with SimCorp’s values, business goals, and diversity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities could include
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid- to senior-level roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
Lead the coordination of offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with compensation frameworks and the best candidate experience
Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR teams, and external partners to drive effective recruitment strategies
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the recruitment process, ensuring diverse candidate slates and inclusive hiring practices
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, identifying opportunities for process improvement
Stay up to date with trends and innovations in talent acquisition, recommending new tools, channels, or strategies to improve the recruitment process
Provide guidance and support to junior talent acquisition team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Represent SimCorp at recruitment events and in partnerships with universities, agencies, and other external talent sources

Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners and talent sources to strengthen the recruitment pipeline
