ProHR Strategies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to strengthen our Kolkata team. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, leading a small recruitment team, and managing key client relationships.

Role Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for achieving branch revenue targets in collaboration with the Branch Manager while directly managing a team of 46 recruiters.

This is a revenue-accountable role requiring both leadership capability and individual contribution. You will independently close high-ticket roles, manage key client accounts, drive new business development, and ensure service excellence across mandates.

You are not only delivering recruitment outcomes you are influencing revenue growth and client retention.




Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Target Achievement

  • Lead and manage a team of 46 executives
  • Ensure branch target achievement through active mandate closure
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews with the Business Head
  • Deliver product and sales training to enhance team effectiveness

High-Value Recruitment & Client Management

  • Independently close senior-level profiles (up to 50L+ CTC)
  • Manage bulk hiring mandates under tight deadlines
  • Coordinate with clients to understand detailed hiring requirements
  • Ensure strong client service satisfaction and repeat business

Business Development & Revenue Ownership

  • Drive client acquisition: proposals, agreements, negotiations
  • Follow up on payments and commercial closures
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio
  • Travel as per business requirements to strengthen client relationships



Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in HR consultancy as a lead.
  • Prior experience in team handling and Key Account Management
  • Proven experience managing revenue targets
  • Track record of independently closing high-ticket roles (50L+ CTC)
  • Experience managing a team of 46 executives
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management experience
  • Experience in bulk hiring with tight turnaround timelines
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Strong negotiation and business communication skills

You combine commercial awareness with recruitment execution excellence.




Work Model & Location

Hybrid Kolkata

  • During probation: 3 days office + 3 days work from home
  • Post-confirmation: 5 working days (3 office + 2 WFH)
  • Travel required as per business needs



Compensation

CTC: Up to 8 LPA (Fixed + Performance-Based Variable)

Variable incentives are aligned with revenue achievement and mandate closures.
