What Youll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and niche IT roles across multiple clients
- Partner closely with product-based companies to understand hiring needs, tech stacks, and domain requirements
- Drive sourcing through advanced LinkedIn headhunting, market mapping, and passive talent engagement strategies
- Hire for specialized and hard-to-fill roles across technology functions
- Build strong understanding of client organizations, industry trends, and in-demand technical skill sets
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure high-quality hiring outcomes

- 26 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring
- Strong expertise in sourcing niche tech talent and passive candidates
