As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor you are vital to the overall success of the organization and its recruiting needs. The right person will have an incredible grasp on how to manage a full life cycle recruiting process. In this you’ll need to build a strategic partnership with the business unit hiring managers to ensure we are hiring the “A” Players.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor you will:

  • Manage the end to end recruiting process and influence hiring managers and other stakeholders across APAC region

  • Act as an Advisor to the business stakeholders to help them navigate the complex talent landscape and influence the right decisions

  • Hire across various countries in Asia Pacific region including India, Singapore, China, South Korea, Indonesia, Australia, etc

  • Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs. Evaluate skill level and help manage the offer process, including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines

  • Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and executive management

  • Directly source world class candidate both for Technical Hiring( Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, UI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, etc) plus Sales side( Account Executive, Sales Account Managers, CSMs, Professional Services of hiring as well

  • Review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward efficiently

  • Maintain data integrity within Workday (our ATS)Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hires in Workday

  • Collaborating with the regional and global TA team members and HR Business Partner

We’re excited about you if you have: 

  • At least 8+ years of recruiting experience

  • Have hired across APAC region and across engineering and sales.

  • Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter & outstanding written & verbal communication skills

  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment

  • Ability to work across multiple disciplines and geography

  • Ability to grasp new technologies

  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelines

  • Demonstrated competencies around talent assessment, market intelligence, networking, relationship building, business acumen, sales acumen, technology acumen, negotiation and innovation

  • BS/BA Degree is desirable
