Job Description -

We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer with 8+ years of BI/Analytics experience to design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports. This role is execution-focused, requiring strong technical expertise in dashboard building, SQL, and data modeling. The developer will deliver high-quality visualizations, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior developers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards and reports .
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions .
• Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and usability .
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure clean, reliable data sources.
• Implement basic governance practices (security, version control).
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for decision-making.
• Mentor junior developers on best practices and dashboard design .
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing .

Mandatory Required Skills

• 8+ years of BI/Analytics experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development (dashboards, reports, calculated fields, parameters).
• Strong SQL proficiency (complex queries, optimization, stored procedures).
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Tableau Server/Online administration.
• Deep understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
