Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace ITIL V4 Service Now and Unix with a strong background in Retail Banking. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our systems to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the monitoring and performance of systems using Dynatrace to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Unix-based systems to maintain system integrity.
- Utilize Service Now for incident management and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Implement ITIL V4 practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues and improve performance.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Retail Banking.
- Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support and ensure system availability.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring reliable and efficient system operations.
Qualifications
- Must have experience with Dynatrace for system monitoring and performance optimization.
- Required to have a strong understanding of ITIL V4 practices for service management.
- Should possess hands-on experience with Service Now for incident and service request management.
- Must be proficient in Unix for system support and troubleshooting.
- Nice to have experience in Retail Banking to understand domain-specific requirements.
- Required to have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Should have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
