Senior Systems Analyst

Responsible for: 

·       Analyse process compliance data and tool data as per defined frequency and prepare process compliance dashboard

·       Conduct process compliance analysis meeting with management and teams

·       Carry out/ Implement process improvement initiatives 

·       Conduct and Manage process compliance audits for Incident, Problem, Change & Transformation Projects

·       Preparing and reporting monthly process compliance reports for ADMs, operations, and projects

·       Preparing process compliance monthly summary report for CTO

·       Manage support for external audits by regulatory and third party

·       Drive process assessments

·       Plan and conduct process and tool training and awareness programs

·       Yearly review of QMS process and templates

·       Analyse and manage process requirement implementation in the SERVICENOW tool and collabnet tool

·       Conducting deep dive audits as per technology management requirement

·       Preparing monthly finance reports for projects

·       Facilitation for Quarterly CSAT with respective team

Eligibility	Must Have	Good To Have
Educational Qualifications	·       MCA/BE / B Tech / MCA/BSC/B.COM ·       ITIL process knowledge  ·       Software development life cycle process knowledge	·       ITIL foundation  ·       CMMI certification  ·       Agile certifications like CSM  ·       Knowledge on SW configuration management tools like SVN, GIT
Experience	·       At least 3-6 years of experience in the IT Industry   ·       At least 3-4 years in Services Industries  ·       Experience in conducting SDLC process audits/project management audits  ·       Experience in ITIL & infrastructure process framework	·       Experience in participating in Organization Change Management Initiatives  ·       Experience in application life cycle management tool like SERVICENOW, Teamforge etc.  About Company The National Stock Exchange is India’s largest and most prominent financial market.
